Curcumin a poly phenol present in turmeric, was first used in India over 3000 years ago, In traditional Ayurvedic medicine. With it’s scientifically validated multiple health benefits, curcumin is impressing scientists around the world with its remarkable anti-oxidant, noninflammatory and anti-carcinogenic properties. Curcumin’s amazing power make it one of nature’s most effective botanical s for body defence.

How ever, the poor absorption potential of curcumin in to the blood stream requires it to be made highly bio-available for optimal retention and absorption.

Turmeric dosage is between 500-2000mg of curcumin per day is enough to human body. Turmeric and especially curcumin have many scientific health benefits. It can cure many diseases like cancer, depression and arthritis. Curcumin is a bright yellow chemical found in the turmeric. It shows positive result in most drug.

It may unsafe for women during pregnancy. If a cancer patient consume high doses of curcumin per day for 4-5 months there is no side effect found.
